Don’t we all love scented candles? Not only does it serve as an eye candy on our tables but they’re so relaxing too! It’s also very romantic and just helps our brain to zen after a long day! With all the potential calmness and positivity a simple candle can give you, it’s important that you choose the right product. I don’t know about you guys but I can be very picky when it comes to candles. I usually prefer floral scents since it helps to really calm my nerves after a long day. This is why I personally picked the “Pillow Talk” candle from the tlc candle co. website when their PR team reached out to me for a collaboration.
Immediately after opening the package, I know right away that I made the right choice! The floral scent came in strong in a very relaxing way! Mind you, the candle was still nicely sealed at this point!
To talk a little bit more about the scent, the Pillow Talk candle is made up of peony, jasmine, rose & lush suede notes which I though is such a good combination basing on how the candle smells.
It has a feminine scent that lasts a long time without giving me a headache. It is honestly the perfect scent for some quiet me-time either while reading a good book or for a relaxing bath.
The packaging is also very lush and simple. The candle comes in in a glass container and is nicely sealed in a tin foil box which can be reused either as a container for some of your knickknacks or even as a table decor. Nonetheless, the packaging will fit anyone’s taste since it is very minimalistic.
It’s also very important for me to mention that the glass container is very well-made and sturdy which really helps to retain the heat for when the candle is lit.
