New in Beauty: Winter Edition

The beauty world have been showered with so many new releases this season which are so difficult to resist. Almost every makeup brands are coming up with new collections that are both exciting and interesting which makes it almost difficult to say no at. This is pretty much evident on my accumulated makeup purchases this past two months which looking at it now makes me so guilty, I guess it’s time for a “no buy month”! (LOL) Anyways, this is going to be a long post so get your cofffee or tea ready and let’s get right into this beauty haul.

*Too Faced White Peach Eye Shadow Palette*

Amongst all of the new eye shadow palettes that Too Faced just released, I opted for the White Peach Collection because I am lacking light shadows on my collection. I haven’t used the palette yet but I see myself using this on a daily basis.

*Laura Mercier Matte Radiance Baked Powder*

I consider this as a need (OK, don’t judge me please LOL) since I am running out of bronzers. I did a swatch at the store and loved it so I took it home with me!

*NARS NARSissis Eye Palette*

This is actually such a bargain since I got it at Winners for only $35.OO CAD (I think!).

*NARS Natural Rdiant Longwear Foundation*

OK! There’s so many newly released foundation but I chose this mainly because I was impressed with the coverage when I did a swatch at Sephora. Iève been having some bad breakouts this past few days so I think this would be a perfect foundation for me right now.

*Too Faced Diamond Light Multi-Use Diamond Fire Highlighter*

Honestly I only puchased this because of the cute packaging but it also seems to be a really good highlighter. Again, this is a newly released highlighter from Too Faced.

*Covergirl’s Melting Pout Liquid Lipstick*

I find this a bit similar with the NYX’s Powder Puff Lippie so I decided to get it to do a comparison post soon.

*Kat Von D Studded Kiss Creme Lipstick*

I loved that this line has such a wide variety of different shades so I know I had to get me some new lipsticks. I bought the shades Lolita, Cathedral, Prayer and Double Dare but I’m definitely going back for more.

*MAC Patrick Starr Collection*

I actually got this last December but I still hadnèt had the chance to start using them so I haven’t shared a review yet but I love Patrick Starr so this collection is a must.

*Love You So Mochi Eyeshadow Palette by NYX*

I’ve seen this palette on Instagram for like a million times already so I thought why not? Plus I also love NYX so it’s a go!

*Always On Metallic Matte Lipstick by SMASHBOX*

I currently do not have any metallic lipstick in my collection so when SMASHBOX released this new line, I was really excited to welcome them in my lipsies box.

*Sephora’s #Lipstories Lipstick*

I very rarely buy Sephora’s own products but I’ve read so much good stories about this collection so I had to give it a try!

*Covergirl’s Gigi Hadid Collection*

Another December purchase that I haven’t yet tried but this is such an exciting collaboration that I don’t wanna miss.

*Laura Mercier’s Shimmer Bloc*

This is honestly an impulsive buy that I was supposed to return but decided to keep it anyways since I think I would need it for Spring. Let’s see.

*Yves Saint Laurent’s Vinyl Couture Mascara*

When I first saw this online I was really really in love right away. The packaging is very classy and it’s very interesting that this line has seven different shade selection!

*Maybelline’s Total Temptation Mascara*

This one also got me from the packaging but I’ve also read so much good reviews about it so I decided to try it out myself.

*Kat Von D Tattoo Liner*

Nothing really interesting but I’m in need of a new liner so I decided to give this bad boy a try.

*Bobbi Brown’s Highlighting Powder*

Can you see how beautiful this highlighter is?!! No, I don’t need to justify this purchase. LOL

*Physicians Formula #InstaReady Primer*

This seems to be a new release so I want to give it a try. Physicians Formula’s products seems to be full of hits and misses and I’m hoping for this primer to be a hit.

*Benefit’s Bad Gal Bang Mascara*

I’d say this is one of the most interesting new releases this season and I can’t wait to try it very very soon!

*Bare Minerals GEN NUDE Powder Blush*

Most of my blushes are pinks and browns so I thought a peachy blush would me a nice additionin my collection.

*Powder Puff Lippie from NYX*

This is a newly released powder lip cream from NYX which you’ve probably already seen a lot on Instagram. I am a bit confused on the Powder and Cream combo but I have high hopes for this babies!

*MILANI Products*

I have never tried any products from MILANI so I was so giddy when I saw these products at my local drugstore which is very very rare. I got a highlighter, bronzer and a blush.

*ARCH Brow Volumizing Fiber Gel from Hourglass*

Another newly released and an impule buy but this seems to have a lot of potential.

*Givenchy’s Powder Blush Duo*

I was just trying this out at the store but ended up liking it a lot so it went home with me.

*Maybelline’s Waterproof Brow Gel*

This is such an interesting product because it’s supposed to have a tattoo effect that’ll fill your brows for up to 2 days. I’ve seen this a lot online so I immediately went at the drugstore to search for it. Hopefully it’ll do what it’s supposed to do.

*Fenty Beauty’s Mattemoiselle Lipsticks*

So far, I loved all of my purchases from Fenty Beauty so I definitely did not want to miss on their matte lipsies. The shade selection is again no doubt a winner!

*Liquid Lip Crayon from Marc Jacobs*

I did some swatches at the store with this lip crayons and I fell in love with almost all of the shade but eventually decided to get the shades “Burn Notice” and “Send Nudes”.

*Yves Saint Laurent’s Matte Stain Liquid Lipsticks*

The packaging says it all you guys!

*NARS Liquid Blush*

This blush is one of Nars’ most talked about products and I’m really curious why so I decided to give it a try.

*Kevyn Aucoin’s The Contour Duo*

I got this at the Sephora’s website since they’re not available at the store and I was really surpised at how small the product was. It’s supposed to be a highlighter and conour duo but they look like a small eyeshadow palette to me. I was expecting it to be small but not this little I guess.
