“Autumn 2017 Favorites”
Today is officially the first day of Winter but before I start forcing myself to enjoy this season, I thought I’d share with you all a few of what I’ve been lovin’ this past Fall. I purposely did not share a November Favorites post because I’ve planned to share this post instead but these past few weeks have been really hectic for me so I’m only sharing it now.
Anyways, let’s proceed to my
Autumn 2017 Favorites!
•Books•
Yes! Books! I’ve had a few trips to the bookstore this Fall and I couldn’t stop getting me some new books. What’s exciting is that I’ve been in to Lifestyle and Poetry books which kind of in line in my blog! I have to be honest though that I haven’t read any of ’em yet because as I said earlier, my schedule has been super hectic so I couldn’t find time to sit down and read.
•Candles•
Ahh! Candles!! I’ve start collecting these beauties since October and I still couldn’t have enough of them. They all smell really nice but I just don’t have the heart to light them up because they’re all so pretty!
•Makeup•
I guess if you’ve been following or reading my previous blog posts then you can totally agree on this one. Sephora in particular has been my addiction for the past few months (or years?). However, I’ve been considering on doing a “No Makeup Buy Month” since I’ve been accumulating so much products and I thought it would be a total waste to continue buying products if I don’t even have the chance of using all of them up. This is a perfect goal for the new year so I’ll keep you guys posted.
•Notebooks•
I’ve never been so in love with notebooks when I was a student so it’s weird that I’ve been having some fascination for notebooks lately. I haven’t been writing a lot either so they’re basically just piling up everywhere. I’ve been collecting notebooks for over a year now and I know I have to stop because I just don’t have enough space for them.
•Skincare Products•
Who doesn’t want to have a perfect skin? Although mine is far from being perfect, I definitely do not want to go back to that time when I’ve had really bad breakouts so I’ve been trying to be consistent on my skincare routine but I’ve also been trying out a few products to discover which ones really works for me.
•Statement Earings•
I don’t know why, but I’ve been loving these earings lately. I do not wear them everyday but just looking at ’em makes me giddy.
•Lise Watier’s Makeup Brush Cleaner•
I’m using this as a spot brush cleaner for my eyeshadow brushes when transitioning to different shades and it works perfectly! It actually is a time saver because it dries quickly and does a thorough job on cleaning my brushes. I love that it does not affect the quality of my eyeshadow’s color and consistency so it’s safe to use it even on a daily basis (if you prefer).
•Marc Jacobs Nail Polish•
Firstly, the packaging is a bomb! The quality of the polishes is also really nice so I can’t complain. I’ve actually thrown most of my nail polishes since most of them already dried up so I learned my lesson to be a minimalist on owning nail polishes. Currently, I have 10 or 15 polishes and I’d like to keep it that way for now.
•Fall Vibe•
Firstly, I apologize for the picture since I realized that I actually didn’t take any Fall landscape pictures! Anyways, the different colors of leaves and the weather makes this season all the more beautiful to me! It’s the main reasons why Autumn is my favorite season.
And that’s what I’ve been craving about this Fall! Normally, I would include knee high boots but I haven’t been feeling ’em lately and I don’t know why!
What are your favorites this last Fall?
Much love,
