These Are The Only Skincare Products You Need For A Minimalistic Skincare Routine
1. Cleanser
Cleansing is an important part of a skincare routine that should not be compromised! It’s important to find a product that works well with your skin type and is effective in removing all traces of dirt and makeup without drying your skin.
If your cleanseris ineffective, chances are you’ll be more prone to breakouts and other skin issues.
My Recommendations:
2. Serum
A face serum is yet another essential skincare product! Now, depending on the serum that you’ll choose, it provides multiple benefits to your skin. In general, face serums helps in protecting the skin from free radicals and leaves the skin smoother and healthier.
My Recommendations:
3. Moisturizer
A moisturizer is definitely a must! It’s one of the products that should never be missed all year round. A good moisturizer will keep your skin moisturized and hydrated which is important to keep the skin healthy.
Personally, I use a cream moisturizer at night and a gel-based moisturizer in the morning.
My Recommendations:
4. Face Mask
Whether you prefer sheet masks, clay masks, etc., treating your skin with a mask at least once a month is much needed! Doing this helps to repair and heal your skin from blemishes, environmental pollution, and to basically aid your skin to look and feel healthier.
My Recommendations:
5. Sunscreen
Next are sunscreens! It’s a product that should still be a part of your routine even though you are sizing down due to its protective benefits. A good sunscreen will help protect your skin from the damaging rays of the sun.
Sunscreen is something that you should every single day regardless of the season!
My Recommendations:
6. Exfoliators
Last on this list are exfoliators! I recently shared a post talking about the benefits of exfoliation and so you might understand why these types of products should always be a part of your skincare routine!
There are a lot of available products out there and different types of exfoliators. The key is finding the right method or product that works for your skin type and needs!
