1. Write Down All Your Ideas

There are times when you’ll find yourself with a lot of ideas to write about! Take advantage of this and write down every single topics or idea that you have in mind. The content does not have to be perfect since you can polish this later on but the most important thing is to pile as many ideas as possible that you can develop when you are ready to write down the content.

2. Start With Brainstorming Blog Titles

One of the methods that I personally do when planning my blog’s content is by brainstorming blog titles that I can write about later on. I will then base my content on that title and if needed, I will rewrite or adjust the title based on how I want the article to go.

3. Create A Calendar of Contents

To keep yourself organized, create a calendar with written titles of contents that you want to share on that particular day. The calendar can be weekly, biweekly, or even monthly.

Doing this will help you plan ahead and will avoid the extra time of last-minute brainstorming for content.

4. Dedicate At Least 1 Hour Each Day For Creating Contents

Now, this step could be a challenge to many especially if you have other obligations outside your blog or website. However, it’s essential to dedicate a specific time per day to create contents. 1 hour is a very good start that you can maximize to plan contents, take pictures, start an article, and so on.
Remember that if you are serious about growing your blog, you have to invest your time in creating quality contents!

5. Analyze Your Most Viewed Topics

To avoid creating content that your target audience does not engage in, spend some time reviewing your blog’s analytics. Write down the topics or type of posts that you get the highest engagement with and create fresh contents regarding the topic.

6. Write Now & Edit Later

As I said earlier, when you are overflowing with ideas, write them down! This applies to the article itself. You can start composing your blog posts while your thoughts and ideas are still fresh. If there’s a need to add or remove certain points, you can do so before posting the article. The point is to start as much content as possible whenever you are able to save on days when you can’t seem to create new ideas on your blog posts.

7. Take Advantage of Scheduled Posts

Do your best to have at least two articles ready that you can schedule. Doing this will take away the pressure of having to create content on the same day as your posting schedule. It will also avoid you from sharing articles that seemed rush and unorganized.

Which of these tips do you find most effective?

Till next time,
