Since then, a lot of other brands have been following along which I find really amazing! This change has been long overdue!
Since then, Fenty has been releasing products that have captured many hearts like the Killawatt highlighters, Flyliner Liquid Eyeliner, and the Match Sticks just to name a few.

Huda Beauty is yet another brand to look forward to this year! Huda’s eyeshadow palettes are specifically the most exciting!
Another reason why Huda Beauty made it to this list is that they produce quality products that actually does what it says it should. For me, that’s really important because nowadays, a lot of brands are all promoting things for the sake of marketing only for you to find out that you’ve been duped!
Also, it’s just the beginning of the year but Huda has already been teasing her Instagram followers some new products to look forward too! So if you are a Huda lover, prepare your moolah!
L’Oreal Paris
L’Oreal Paris has been stepping up their game as a known high-street brand. They have been producing products and collections that are sometimes better than their high-end counterparts at a lesser price.
Their Infallible Collection is just one of their successes and ever since they’ve been producing quality products back to back. Their collaboration with French designer, Isabel Marant is definitely one that left the beauty industry craving for more. This could mean many more collaborations for 2019 for us to look forward to!
e.l.f. Cosmetics
If you say affordable makeup and skincare brand that works, that’s e.l.f. Cosmetics! They have produced a number of beauty products that showed amazing results without the high price tag. In fact, I saw a few of their products that have been mimicked by bigger brands because of their success!
Their skincare line is what I look forward to most this year since they have been releasing amazing products that worked effectively! Say their Prep and Hydrate Balm, Hydrating Essence, and of course, the Beauty Shield Magnetic Mask.
In fact, they just released a few products recently like the Hello Hydration! Face Cream and elf+ Glow Radiant Moisturizer which both looks very promising especially this Winter.

Last is the Drunk Elephant! This brand is one of my favorite skincare brands but that’s not why it is included in this list but it is their product’s good quality.
Their prices are not always budget friendly but they are the type of brand that you are willing to bank on if you are looking for immediate results. Personally, I am obsessed with their Glycolic Night Serum and the C-Firma Day Serum since both made an amazing job on healing my dehydrated and acne prone skin.
