Burberry’s Fresh Glow Luminous Fluid Base

Winter Season is when my skin is usually at its driest which can sometimes make my face looks dull and patchy that’s why I always prefer products that’ll not only soothe my skin but will also give me a luminescent finish. One product that managed to give me that result is the Burberry’s Fresh Glow Luminous Fluid Base which is one of my current obsessions!

What is it?

This is a water based primer that is designed to not only blur imperfections but to also give you a glowy finish. There is currently two available shades- the Nude Radiance No. 1 (which is what I’m currently using) and the Golden Radiance No. 02.

What I like about it

I honestly love everything about this primer! The consistency is very liquidy which made the application quick and easy. The product glides so smoothly all over my face which my skin absorbed so swiftly like a thirsty soil. Now, it may sound weird but this primer has a cooling effect that seemed to calm me which is why I’m always tempted to use more than what I need which is totally unnecessary since a little goes a long way with this product. The glowy effect is also very evident the moment you apply it on your face without making your face looking greasy so using this alone sans foundation is totally possible if you want to. I however prefer to use it before applying a liquid foundation and I didn’t see any trouble in blending both products.

The finish is also very impressive because it managed to give me a dewy finish without making my face looking oily, or shiny which can be difficult to achieve with some products. The primer seemed to be infused with very tiny glittery particles which I thought is the main cause of the glistening effect. It’s amazing that those glitter did not create or cause a blinding glimmer on my face. This is slowly becoming my newest favorite primer and will definitely hold a place in my collection!
