Pixi Beauty Skintreats Spring Mini Haul

Pixi Beauty is becoming one of my favorite Skincare brands after trying out their Glow Tonic and Glow Mud Cleanser just a few months ago. These products deserves all the hype that they’re getting because they actually work and are also very gentle to the skin. With these impression, I set a mission to discover more of Pixi Beauty’s Skin Care products so I had to regularly visit my local drugstore to find the perfect pieces that’ll address my skin concerns. To be honest, I was tempted to purchase all the Skintreats line but had to limit myself with what I really need. Regardless of that, I am still not limiting myself with my recent purchases and is actually looking forward for trying more of Pixi in the future.

So what did I get?

Rose Cream Cleanser

This is one of Pixi’s newest release and I was really excited to purchase it after seeing it online mainly because it has Rose and Chamomile in it. I was also very impressed with how mud cleansers work on my skin so I thought this would be a perfect cleanser to try this Spring.

Rose Flash Balm

In all honesty, the only reason why I purchase this is because of its beautiful pink packaging but after reading its description (Ultimate solution for waking up lackluster and fatigued skin), I was immediately encouraged that this is a good purchase! This can also be used as a moisturizer, primer or even as a face mask!

Rose Oil Blend

I am a new face oil user and I’m immediately drawn into this type of skincare products because I find that they really work for me. I have yet to try a Rose based oil so I thought this would be a nice product to try. This also contains Vitamin E oil which has a lot of skin benefits.

Pixi + Caroline Hirons Double Cleanse

This cleanser is Pixi and Caroline Hirons’ collaboration which created a big fuzz in the beauty world because of how effective this is. Double cleansing is also getting very popular now a days because it does create a huge impact on the skin if done regularly.

Makeup Fixing Mist

I am a huge fan of Setting Sprays so I decided to include this Mist on my bag. It contains Rose Water and Green Tea which are two of my favorite skincare ingredients which is a major plus!

Rose Caviar Essence

Looking at this essence at the store made me very overwhelmed because I always had the impression that essence are always in a liquid form (is it only me?) but after reading the description, I find that this is actually a serum and an essence at the same time. I still think it is an odd combo but at the same time I’m really curious on how it would work on my skin.

Beauty Sleep Cream

This is my most recent purchase and probably what I’m excited the most because of how promising the description is. It apparently a night recovery cream that’ll protect and nourish your skin as you sleep (it sounds really relaxing too, yeah?). This treatment cream also contains vital vitamins (A, C & E) which are really beneficial to the skin.

I have yet to try these products but what impressed me the most with Pixi Beauty is their choice of ingredients on their products. Its founder- Petra Strand, made sure to incorporate botanical and beneficial ingredients on her line which for me is very admirable since she seems to really care about her clientage.

Have you tried any of these products yet? What would you recommend and why?

xoxo,
