“DIY: Whipped Coconut Body Butter”

The cold temperature of Autumn and Winter could be really drying to the skin that’s why it’s important to always moisturize our skin by using body lotions or body butters. You can find a lot of effective products at any store but if you are looking for an all natural body butter that you can make on your own at a way lesser price then this DIY is definitely for you. This will only take at least 10-15 minutes to make and is very effective.

So let’s begin!!

You’ll need:

1 cup of Coconut Oil (Solid form)

1 spoon Vitamin E Oil

8 drops of essential oil of your choice

How to do it:

*Mix all ingredients in a bowl

* Whip on high for 5-8 minutes until it is light and fluffy or until you reach a whipped cream consistency.

*Transfer the body butter in a mason jar or any container of your choice.

And you are done!!

The finish product should look like this

Isn’t is so easy?? Yes! And as a bonus Coconut oil and Vitamin E oil are both very beneficial to the skin.

Hope you guys enjoyed this little DIY and watch out for more DIY ideas!!

Wow looks so easy to do, can’t wait to try it! Does it need to be refrigerated afterwards to make it last longer?

It depends on how much you put on your skin?if you want to use it during the daytime i would suggest to just use a small amount of the body butter?
